Stella the starfish put two of her five hands on her hips and stamped one of the other ones.

“What a terrible fright Dora had. I think we should give her a party to help her to feel better.”

Stella glared around at everybody as she waited for someone to say it was not a good idea. Nobody did, of course, because Stella might be small but she had a very loud voice and could be very bossy. Colin the crab walked sideways on the sand and came up beside her.

“I think that is a good idea, Stella.” He said. “What do we need to do?”
