Whispy the Cloud Lost his Lightning!
Whispy was smaller than most other clouds...
And unlike the others, he had lost his lightning!

Was because he was angry, and always fighting!
˃˃˃ His brothers would laugh, while young Whispy struggled
He could not make rain, nor fog, nor bubbles.
