A book for yachties and armchair sailors, this light-hearted sailing narrative tells the true story of a home-built Eventide yacht (Cevamp), a police inspector (Mike) and journalist Jackie Williamson (me) as they enjoy - and sometimes endure - their sailing adventures in the Irish Sea. Through its pages we visit the harbours, meet the people, watch the wild life and learn the lessons - some tough, some funny, all memorable.
