    Can Gluten-Free Foods Taste Just As Good As Foods Full of Gluten??

    When we first started eating gluten-free over ten years ago my baked goods didn’t really taste or have the same texture as the foods we used to enjoy. We had a long running joke in our family that whenever I baked something the best comment we could muster was, “Not bad.” Never a “Wow!” or even a “Mmmm…,” just the lackluster, “Not bad.” Everything was always a little dense or worse yet crumbled to pieces.

    But With a Little Bit of Determination

    We’re a family who enjoys cooking and eating so being diagnosed with celiac disease and having other food intolerances and sensitivities really hit us hard in the beginning. But I have to also admit that I’m a person who likes a challenge. And finding a way to make allergen-free foods taste incredibly delicious became a challenge I set out to overcome. And with a little bit of determination and a whole lot of perseverance I created a flour mix recipe, combining three rice flours and white bean flour - (white bean flour is a mild bean flour) that replaces wheat flour cup for cup.

This eBook is a great way to sample some of the recipes for yourself. All of my recipes are extremely easy to follow even if you’ve never cooked before.
