    As a family we had tried them all, too. The ones that tasted like a piece of foam. Okay, probably eating actual foam might have tasted better. A recent study found that three-quarters of those tested for gluten sensitivity were also sensitive to yeast, like my daughter is. I refused to give up and I kept believing it was absolutely possible to have incredibly delicious gluten-free, yeast-free, allergen-free bread.

This eBook is a great way to sample some of the recipes for yourself. All of my recipes are extremely easy to follow even if you’ve never cooked before.
