This book comes from nearly 15 years experience working in the field of social care, specifically with people with learning disabilities and Autism. It comes from first hand experience and aims to use my learning to give help to others finding themselves in this type of work, and also to show all the aspects of support work, an underrated and under appreciated job, that's harder than many people think.
