Annotating My Bibliography

My initial aim in Annotating My Bibliography was embellishing two familiar structures: a conventional bibliography that isn’t annotated and a writer’s windy recalling of his own books and career. Since a simple year-by-year listing of my past publications repeatedly jogged my disorganized memory, I am able to say here what could not be said elsewhere about a wealth of subjects, beginning with certain ideas and particular people. A secondary ambition is another contribution to my continuing interest in both alternative autobiography and producing books that nobody else would write, ever.
