Joe Logan is an ex-NYPD homicide detective. He has no ties, no aspiration, and is happy to keep moving, letting life unroll with every mile.
Trouble has a habit of finding Logan, and he is a man who meets it head on and is capable of doing whatever necessary to deal with it.
While staying at a trailer park in West Virginia, Logan is approached for help by a woman on the run. Her husband has been murdered, and she and her daughter are being hunted by two hitmen. Logan gets involved and the body count rises as he investigates why the women are such a threat to someone that they have to be eliminated.
