Aberto (book 9) – Aberto Meets Arthur Seagull

Aberto is a friendly little Portuguese bird. One day he meets up with the not so friendly Arthur seagull. Oblivious of Arthur's disregard and lack of interest in sharing friendship, Aberto decides to fly to Africa with him. On the way he finally realises that Seagulls have a tendency only to think about themselves. The ending is a message to all children that true friendship involves sharing and caring. Give it a try at bedtime with your young children any age from three to seven. The colourful illustrations alone will give you something to share with them.
