I present a novel method for the relief of symptoms of autonomic imbalance resistant to conventional treatments. People often are unaware of how various stresses, such as lack of exercise and neglect of health, can adversely impact their health, including the autonomic nervous system. In investigating how to counteract such effects, I have found that autonomic imbalance can be relieved by the application of glycerin-soaked compresses at specific sites, and in this book, I describe the effective use of such compresses. The representative site for compress therapy is the little finger; however, there are several other sites suitable for compress therapy in patients with autonomic imbalance. I found seven sites in total, each with a distinct effect.
