Photobucket is an image and video sharing site launched in 2003. The site was briefly owned from 2007-2009 by Fox Interactive Media, before it was sold to the Seattle-based mobile imaging start-up, Ontela. Today, it is primarily used to store photos, remote avatars, and video for websites and blogs. As of October 2010, the site has hosted more than seven billion photos.
