    About

Almost every project leader finds themselves at some stage up against the hot pipes of having to deliver what seems to be an over ambitious goal in a too short timescale and with too few resources. This 30-60-90 day project methodology is a way to reframe and find a way out of the muddle.
This is a short guide for healthcare busy project leaders who have experience and need some inspiration to do something different to get their work implemented.
If only you had more time, more resources, more support, you could see more results, more quickly.
This guide provides takes you through a method of setting up 30, 60 or 90 day project cycles which you can run as one off, in a series or as multiples in parallel, to deliver either small or large scale changes.
There are checklists for the three phases of diagnosis, action and review, as well as advice on when these short term project cycles may not be the best way forward.
The methodology is based on the author’s personal experience in complex healthcare settings, though it is generic and can be used in the home, in small businesses and in many other industries.
