中国古代圣人传 Biography of Sages in Ancient China (Chinese Edition)

所谓圣人是指品德智慧极高的人，“是故才德全尽谓之圣人”。如孔子在汉以后被封建统治者推崇为圣人。中华文明史上曾产生过许多杰出的圣贤，其作为、其思想、其成就一直对后世有着重大影响，不仅为华夏各民族所尊崇，而且在世界文明史上亦有重要地位。所编《中国古代圣人传》一书，旨在为进一步传播、交流、弘扬华夏文明做贡献。

The so-called sage means people with excellence in virtue and wisdom; therefore people with virtue and wisdom is called safe. For example, Confucius was venerated as the sage by feudal rulers after Han Dynasty. There are many sages in the history of Chinese civilization. Their actions, ideology and achievements have significant influence to the later generations. It is not only venerated by all nations in China but also attains a vital position in the world civilization. The Ancient Chinese Sage intends to make contributions to further communicate, exchange and broaden the Chinese civilization.
