When seventeen year old Scott Warfe listed his three goals in life, joining the military wasn’t one of them. But after an underage drinking arrest, his father gave Scott one choice – which branch of the military to choose. Based on the antics of a TV sitcom, Warfe chose the United States Navy. In 1965, the Vietnam War was ramping up. From boot camp to the gun line, Warfe’s Naval career rocked like a destroyer in high seas.
