Growing up in Sweden I did not see a lot of Indian and Pakistani dishes, in actual fact Swedish food does not contain much in the way of herbs and spices full stop. So you can imagine my surprise I got when travelling as a teenager around the Asian continent and sampling some of the wonderful culinary delights this culture has to offer.
