This book was written with the average user in mind, one that works in an office, store or factory and uses a computer in the course of their job but no more affinity for it than that. It is not designed for IT professionals or beginning users. I find that when most people learn of the dangers they are shocked and yet so many of the solutions are so simple and even inexpensive. Most companies are either in denial or don't recognize the problem. I hope that this book brings company and employer together and helps them begin to defend themselves and their customers from data breaches.
