A Sky Beyond #1

Mango and Murphy Magellan – son and father, respectively – are kidnapped from their extraterrestrial home world of Catarrhinia by scientists who seek a rare fruit, the “Ever-Banana”. This rare fruit, that abundantly grows on the planet, can be used for fuel, medicine, and food. Mango and Murphy find themselves caught up in a world of trouble as they escape the scientists, find a strange purple alien, a mysterious egg, and flee into the cosmos aboard their newfound, yet trusty cyborg star-turtle, Shelly. The small, but powerful group gathers new friends along the way in their quest to return to Catarrhinia, with hopes of saving their friends and family before ultimate chaos and destruction befalls the place in which they so cherish.
