Destiny Delaney and her six year old brother Michael witness the murder/suicide of their parents. Now separated in foster homes, Destiny runs away to Minneapolis Mn to work the streets. She hopes to earn enough money to bring her traumatized brother and herself together again even if it means selling herself. Her best friend and street mentor is brutally murdered by a serial killer who has been murdering young prostitutes. Destiny barely escapes from hands of the killer, but at a price, she has seen the killers face. The killer knows it must kill Destiny to stop her from revealing his/her identity to FBI Special Agent Cole Kingston. The killer is on a mission to capture its true victim, and has only used the young prostitutes as decoys. When the truth comes out, the FBI will be shocked to see who in fact the killer is and why it needed to kill.
