Important Publisher Note: Order now as there is a probable price increase of this title.

Americans love their ice cream and have been somewhat innovative through the years at concocting some yummy icy treats. In fact, there are many of these tasty frozen desserts that are uniquely American.

The breadth and history of ice cream making in the United States is so wide and diverse that my intent with this recipe book was to provide you a spattering of ice cream recipes made popular in specific regions or geographical areas.

We start in Philly and end up in Florida and we take needed “ice cream breaks” at many stops in between.

What I believe is so unique about the recipes in this booklet is that none of them require an ice cream maker. Nope… all that is needed are the ingredients, a few bowls, pans and a fridge/ freezer.
