This book is an attempt to explain the same based on my own experience and experience of the others whose interviews and techniques I have read, heard and used during my studies to deliver excellent performance.
Success in learning and understanding a book is achieved by means of understanding sentences and paragraphs. The best way of judging the understanding of the subject is to repeat it in one's own words without referring to the book you are studying. The key is application of mind, which helps in maximum retention of the subject matter studied. The ideas in this book have been heard and read by me over the years, tested by personal use by me and recommended.
Mr. Ramchandra Kisan Jayabhaye, the author, passed Secondary School Certificate in 1990 with 91.42% marks and 19th rank in Pune University. Further, he did HSC in 1992 from Residential Junior College Ahmednagar with 87.17% marks and 99 marks out of 100 in mathematics. He did B. Tech in 1996 in Agricultural Engineering from Annasaheb Shinde College of Agricultural Engineering, MPKV, Rahuri, Dist- Ahmednagar, Maharashtra with CGPA 8.7 and won gold medal for the first rank in the course. He also topped his course of M. Tech in 1998 in Post-Harvest Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur with CGPA 9.1. He passed competitive examinations and interviews and was selected in TISCO Systems in campus interview at IIT Kharagpur, in Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) as Assistant Manager & in Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as Manager. He worked in SIDBI as Assistant Manager & in RBI as Manager in years 1998 & 1999. He passed Civil Services examination 1998 conducted by Union Public Service Commission with 352nd all India rank. He joined Indian Postal Service on 10.1.2000
