I love to cook. I'm happiest in the kitchen. And that love was borne out of necessity. You see, I got married and my wife told me to take her someplace she?s never been?so I took her to the kitchen (apologies to Henny Youngman!). But alas, it?s true. It came down to the fact that if we were going to eat, one of us would have to be proficient when it came to food, and it wasn?t going to be my better half. Fortunately, I enjoy cooking, so it was a no-brainer. The kitchen became my domain and through the years, I became the entertainer when guests arrived.
