Mojo is the Canarian sauce that is eaten with the famous boiled salted potatoes, or “papas arrugadas” as it’s called in Spanish. It is also added to meat and fish or something to simply dip your bread into.
This book is about my family’s recipes of Mojos and Canarian Sauces. I am going to tell you the exact same recipes that have being handed down to us generation after generation.
