This was written while teaching my daughter how to bake yeast bread without a recipe, this is a copy of the notes written for her along with recipes for bread, ideas for making up your own recipes and some spread ideas and recipes. A lot of this was previously published in my blog, but there are tips and hints that aren't in my blog. It includes how to proof yeast, knead and check to see if it's doubled, as well as lots of tips for variations and some ideas for washes and other finishing techniques. It's a short book with proven recipes.
