It’s simple - each round has 12 questions covering History, Land and Nature, Culture and Modern facts about Wales. You ask the player on your left a question, ask him/her the appropriate question and read out the three suggested answers. Alternatively, appoint a quiz-master for each round and everyone can have a go at answering all the questions. The correct answers are underneath (be good though - don't cheat by peeking at the answers!) and some of the answers also have a further explanation.
Whether a person answers correctly or not, play immediately moves onto the next player, continuing until a winner is crowned - or if everyone answers the same questions, just tot up the answers at the end of the rounds to see who has won. Newborough Warren is a National Nature Reserve on Anglesey covering 1,500 acres of shifting sand dunes and forest. Hundreds of years ago, rabbits colonised the area, hence its name. After a major storm, Queen Elizabeth I once passed a law making the
cutting of marram grass, a plant that stabilises the dunes, a capital offence.
