Stampy is busy helping his villager friends on the farm with their pumpkin harvest when a colorful stranger arrives.
The stranger turns out to be a travelling jester who used to tell jokes for a living.
But ever since an evil witch cast a cruel spell on him which changed him forever, the Jester finds himself caught in a twilight world between good and terrible evil.
Now Stampy must embark on a dangerous quest to help the Jester find the rare and unusual ingredients that will enable him to brew the potion that will break the evil witch’s spell.
As always, Stampy soon finds himself in mortal peril and must use his wits and his kung fu skills to fight his way out of trouble…
