April-October 2016 - FREE Content Update
Hello again, Matt Harris here. As promised at launch here's the first of our FREE major updates to Diary of a Gamer - The PlayStation Journals. Weighing in at a hefty 8,000 additional words (60,000 in total now) - it features more Sony PlayStation derived, information rich, quirky gaming narrative. Lots of bespoke new content here including considered thoughts on blockbuster Uncharted 4 - Our exclusive No Man's Sky Journal - Do we like? We may surprise you! There's the return of a gaming legend in the not insubstantial shape of XCOM 2 - New interactive links - and much, much more!
I do hope you enjoy.
Best Wishes,
Matthew Harris
The PlayStation Journals features a positive plethora of unique, information rich and quirky gaming narrative. This wealth of collated, enhanced and entirely original material; sources from nearly five years of fondly scripted existing resource.
Told chronologically over three and a half evolutionary PlayStation gaming years; Diary of a Gamer conveys my considered thoughts in the lead up to Sony's next generation of gaming, while also broadly covering it's fascinating ongoing evolution. You'll hear about my fraught, bitter sweet love affair with PlayStation Vita, the denouement of which presents a significant, ironic twist. I'll be assessing many of Sony PlayStation's greatest (and worst) PSV, PS3 and PS4 titles. Plus there's a myriad of meandering, anecdotal and satirical gaming content; while a delicious, light diet of retrospective reviews and dry gaming irreverence, also abundantly feature.
I've also a zero tolerance on the fruitier use of the 'English' language. So rest assured, this publication is totally family friendly; though I do comically rant on occasion! Finally, the book runs to a novel length 52,000 words, but it doesn't end there. Because owners of 'Diary of a Gamer' will receive free content updates for life.
Happy Gaming
