Great Way To Wait For A Parade (5 Stars)
This little booklet is going to come in conveniently with the kids and my neighbors as we wait for the parades to begin. There is some lag time. I will be finding this the ideal way to appreciate the day. It is going to be fun to see who knows the most about the biggest party on earth! I would recommend using this on a tablet that can do interactive games as the photos really help you guess the answers. There is something for everyone to try to resolve. The game is addicting. Mardi Gras Quiz Game Is Just Not For Louisiana and New Orleans (4.5 Stars)
I received this as a little going away gift for my first Mardi Gras trip from my niece to get in the "know" so to speak. I found I learned a lot about the mysteries of the holiday and its origins that I was never aware of. I really like the idea that a more global -more universal outlook was brought to inform the reader that Mardi Gras is just not a New Orleans celebration. The interactive nature on my Kindle Fire was wonderful. Looking forward to seeing my first parade and party. It will be great to play this as a family game on Mardi Gras day on the parade route.
