David Jones is Rowdy Dave. Smart, cheerful and friendly he has just moved to the little English village of Oggle.
Expecting a quiet life there he is soon faced with a number of serious challenges, many of which are made worse by the astonishing laziness and mind boggling stupidity of his fellow Ogglers.
Ably assisted by his new friends Lord Rissole, Spanner Tony, Bill Tubby and Techno Joe he finds a solution to every problem...bar one. His inability to shake off his unwanted reputation as the world's worst ever disco dancer.
