A children's adventure story set in the Highlands of Scotland.
Ben is a dreamer, his friend Charlie loves facts and figures. When the two boys are taken on a sailing holiday to Loch Ewe, at first they have a wonderful time. One day, though, the loch's mood changes, there's an accident, and the boys find themselves kidnapped, tied up and imprisoned in a remote cottage.
The leader of their captors, Lomax, is a very scary individual and they know that if they don't escape before he comes back, they'll be in deep, deep trouble.
