    About

The men and women who worked in the plant carried Bethlehem Steel for the last 30 years, keeping the plant going in spite of the ineptitude created by Martin Tower.
Contrary to what the media reported, without them, the plant would have closed many years earlier. The interviews herein were obtained from laborers and managers alike. This did not come from Bethlehem Steel, or the local newspapers. This came from the mouths of 47 steelworkers.

The real story. Not what Bethlehem Steel wanted you to hear.
You may form your own opinions from reading this book, an un-edited version that speaks volumes. Not the stuff that comes from the south end of a northbound mule.
Relationships and memories will last a lifetime. Many of our
brothers and sisters went to their final reward as a result of
accidents and occupational disease. This book is dedicated to
them, and all others who worked there.
