I spent much of my early childhood being schooled abroad and had many adventures and traumatic experiences along the way. Hunting crocodiles was one such experience in pre war Uganda. My life continued its interesting path when I became a proud Irish Citizen when none other than the President of Ireland at the time Eamon De Valera signed the precious document that would bind me to beautiful Ireland forever.
Throughout my long life I have encountered many characters from all walks of life from famous politicians and sportsmen to all the wonderful (and sometimes challenging) people I met through my undergraduate medical career and as a consultant paediatrician. My memoirs are a celebration of many things.
