The Canon EOS Rebel SL1/100D camera is an 18 megapixel DSLR camera that was released by Canon USA Inc. in March 2013. This camera is also known as the Canon EOS 100D in some markets. After the release, it has been dubbed the smallest and lightest Digital Single Lens Reflex Camera. At full weight, with battery and storage device, the camera weighs only 407g. This camera has similar features to the larger EOS 700D but with this particular model, there is an improved focus tracking system while in live-view. This impressive mode is known as the Hybrid CMOS AF II. This improved system also comes with 80% coverage; an enhancement over its predecessor.
