This is a well laid out ukulele instruction book, originally published in 1915 - just before the ukulele craze of the 20's. The author takes the student through the tuning process, a little bit of musical notation, chord charts, strumming technique, tremolo, and playing with a pick. Many great songs along the way. This is the best and cheapest ukulele lesson out there, and you can keep it forever. Illustrated with over 50 practice exercises throughout. If you get through this book, you're almost a pro.
