Monthly personal journals written by Emily Marie Wallace who was arrested, tried and acquitted of the murder of her father Jermaine Wallace. The contents of these journals depict the thoughts and actions of Ms. Wallace before, up to and after the date of November 15, 2005 when the grisly remains were discovered. These journals were used in court as evidence by both the prosecution and defense. She was taken into custody on December 29th, 2005. Her trial began on May 15, 2006 and came to an end two quick weeks later on Memorial Day. The jury deliberated thirty minutes then announced their verdict.
