The third book of a five book series. The children of Reina leave the dance group Desamparados to persue their singing careers. They release a CD of their music. They start to tour Costa Rica, Central America and eventually North and South America. The children of Reina present concerts in the US traveling to several cities including Harry's hometown of Denver, Colorado. They also visit a Native American Powwow on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming. They learn to dance Native American style. The chidlren are presented gifts and make to promise to demonstrate the Native American dance styles to the world. The dance team Desamparados continues to perform locally in Alajuela. Berto joins Reina as their technical crew. Harry and Dina are married. Juan runs away and lives on the streets to punish his mother for not letting him dance with Desamparados. There are several twists and turns in this book of the series.
