Yosemite National Park is a photographer’s and artist’s wonderland! One could stay there one hundred years and never see all that the park has to offer. The light changes by the minute and the very air by the second. And every change seems more breathtaking than the last.
This book is the result of a mere five days staying in the park. In Autumn. Yet no one season dominates any other. They are all magnificent and wondrous. There is very little text in this book, it is entirely pictorial. I don’t believe words would add much to this creation of nature. While there, silence seems to be requested by nature.
For those of you who have an interest in such things, four cameras were used to create the follow images: A Nikon D600, Nikon D5100, a Pentax 645 film camera, and an Agfa Billy Record II 6x9 folding film camera manufactured in 1950. Color film used was Kodak Ektar 120 roll film and Kodak TMAX 100 blank and white film. This book contains 120 color and monochrome images.
