"Almost as eye-catching as the museum is Puppy, the twelve meter high West Highland terrier which stands guard outside the Guggenheim. Puppy is carpeted in flowers. He was designed by American Jeff Koons and even has his own internal irrigation system to keep those flowers in perfect condition. The locals call Puppy, El Poop. "
