There are those who run, while others hide.
And then, there are the Cleaners.
The living dead have staggered straight out of hell, and all that keeps humanity from crumbling is a small team of men who catch the rotters, before cleaning up the mess left behind.
Catherine Woods might not be a man, but no sexist, out-dated nonsense is going to stop her from following her dreams and joining the war against the undead.
The only problem is--even the best dreams can become nightmares in an instant.
"Filled with the perfect mix of crazy, jaw-snapping zombies, heart-stopping horror, Burn the Dead: Purge is a 5-star read for any zombie fan who is looking for something that isn't your typical rotter story."

INTERVIEW WITH AUTHOR, STEVEN JENKINS
Q - What was your inspiration for Burn the Dead?
A - Zombie apocalypse books such as World War Z and Romero's movies, particularly Day of the Dead, have always excited me, but I'd have to say, the one that has always stood out for me is Return of the Living Dead - It's funny, clever, full of zombie suspense, the first to have running rotters, and to coin the phrase:"BRAAAAINS!"
Q - During a zombie apocalypse, what would your zombie survival kit consist of?
A - That's easy: Food, water, shotgun, and of course a copy of Max Brooks' Zombie Survival Guide.
Q - Who is your favourite zombie?
A - Easy! Bub from Day of the Dead. He's just too cool.
Q - What book are you currently reading?
A - Everything's Eventual by Stephen King. So far so good!
