During the 2013-14 season Anthony Higgins followed fan owned club CAP Ciudad de Murcia, in the fifth tier of Spanish football. Tired of the excesses of the modern game and in an attempt to rediscover his mojo for the sport, the author goes on the road visiting every corner of the Spanish Region of Murcia and beyond. On his travels he discovers the club’s links with other fan groups throughout Spain and further afield which then takes him on journeys to places as diverse as Bilbao and Gibraltar.
