    There are 1000’s of Strength, Power, Mass, Muscle etc. products, sites, channels and publications ‘out there’. All of which profess to ‘have’ some secret to incredible strength and muscle mass gain...Some are dubious, some b.s and some pure fantasy…

    Most are pretty useless because a lot of those products, articles and titles are written by people who’ve no understanding of the mechanics of ectomorphs or people with ectormorphic (skinny) leanings. Or how to train them.

    How many times have you seen the same old tired crud about doing some super-intense powerlifting or bodybuilding routine, that has you training more often than you’re using the toilet?

    All that is whack! Nonsense! And Useless to your cause, IF, you’re a skinny guy or gal. And you’re looking to add significant amounts of new muscle mass.

    So with the 1000’s of works about Strength, Muscle, Power etc, why do I, Russell Wilks of “Muscle Voodoo” think I have anything remotely new or interesting to contribute with this “Simple Muscle Mass” product?

    Simply because I commonly encounter (and end up training) a lot of ectomorphic people, like you. Or maybe similar to you. And I get them fantastic, provable results.

    Some soldier on in vague hope. Trying the latest “Super Maxi Multi Intensity Insanian x 3 A Day” workout. Or various other cockeyed and useless rubbish…
