Excerpts from Reviews
Reading the book Love Yourself, Know Yourself: The Synergism between Theology and Psychology, ... I was pleasantly surprised because it is a synthesis of the knowledge and psychotherapeutic practice of a psychologist and theological knowledge ... This book achieved a very delicate and difficult task, a synthesis of something said and written over two thousand years ago with contemporary psychotherapeutic practice and experience.
... The book is an advance in psychotherapy because it involves emotions, shedding light upon what is happening with the so-called wounded child, which improves the effectiveness of therapy. Unconditional love is the supreme law of God. A small child is entitled to receive only love ... If this is lacking, the child is forced to hide behind several masks and becomes a victim of a virus in the brain's biocomputer.
Dr. Anto Prodan, Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist
… A document issued by the Pontifical Biblical Commission, The Interpretation of the Bible in the Church (1993), includes psychology among a series of approaches to the Bible according to the humanistic sciences (I.D.3). Psychological studies bring a certain enrichment to biblical exegesis, since they allow texts of the Bible to be understood as texts of life and rules of conduct. ... A crisis requires a change in life, “a reversal” or, biblically speaking, conversion. Therefore, the authors use parables when speaking about conversion … I believe that Love Yourself, Know Yourself: The Synergism between Theology and Psychology … has fully succeeded as a combined approach, psychological and theological, to human existence in its troubled search for meaning.

When I was a guest this spring on the radio program We Seek the Truth, I did not know that [the authors] were preparing a book. During the broadcast, I saw in person how traditional religious principles were explained from the psychological point of view and gladly added what I see as a physicist. A wonderful synergy occurred and now, several months later, the book is before us. It seems that everything is consistent with my beliefs and insights from quantum physics as a researcher and person who has sought the Truth his whole life. Moreover, this synergy of insight ... is clearly not by chance. I hope that it is God's gift to all of us and, therefore, rejoice in the book and our further encounters, even more profound communication and our common quest.
