Bobby's Adventure: A Butterfly's Journey is a sweet story about a butterfly name Bobby who seeks to find something different about himself. Bobby finds himself looking at his family and butterfly friends who all look just like him. Bobby Butterfly has many different friends too in the meadow in which he lives. He loves how different each of his friends are from himself. He introduces us to the Bear family, to the Bee family, and to the Frog family. Bobby comes up with the bright idea to ask his friend Baby Franny Fairy, the sunflower fairy for advice on how to seek the difference in him. Franny suggests he talks to the other fairies of the meadow and nearby forest for advice.
Follow Bobby Butterfly's journey through the night as he meets new fairies along the way. He finally arrives to the place where his wish to be made different is granted. He flies back home a changed butterfly, able to find his way back in the dark by his own light.
This book is meant for second grade reading level or to be read aloud to younger ones by a loving parent. There are beautiful illustrations throughout the book that will be enjoyed by all ages.
