Wiles gives due weight to historic fulfilments, sees much of Christ, and unfailingly draws the application, encouragement and challenge of the prophecy to the Gospel age.
Joseph Pitts Wiles was formerly Foundation Scholar af Trinity College, Cambridge and died in 1929.
