A kid searching the internet stumbles onto an Instructional to fabricate 'Dollar Elf(s)'. He somehow brings them to life, and they grant him one wish… An Interactive story- At the end of the book is a copy of the Instructional so you can fabricate the same figurines from the story using only common household items and, of course, a dollar bill.
