    About

On a trip from San Francisco to Newark, NJ, on February 11, 2001, the author of this book read information that indicated that the al Qaeda terrorists had publicly declared war against the US on February 23, 1998, and concluded that this could only mean that the al Qaeda terrorists were determined to mount a massive attack inside of the US. Both the FBI and CIA had this exact same information, and that the CIA had even concluded that the al Qaeda terrorists had declared war on the US in February 1998. With this information, the author using simple analysis and common sense logic was able to uncover the following additional information:
The targets of this attack inside of the US had to be to be the World Trade Center Towers. No other structures in the US presented a target that had the kind of symbolic value as these towers. In addition the attack on the USS The Sullivans, in January 2000 that had failed, an attack that was followed by an attack on the USS Cole in October 2000 convinced the author that the al Qaeda terrorists never give up on any target they attack if they had failed to destroy this target in their first attempt.
Since the World Trade Center security would be looking for truck bombs after the failed truck bomb attempt in 1993, the only possible way it appeared that the terrorists could destroy these buildings was by using hijacked airliners. Based on the fact there were two towers, and it appeared, at first from the material the author had at the time, that it would take two aircraft per building to destroy these buildings, the author concluded that the terrorists were going to hijack four large US airliners in flight to carry out this attack.
They would hijack planes departing from eastern airports using four to five terrorists armed with four-inch knives. The FAA had deemed carrying 4 inch knives on board US commercial aircraft as legal.
This attack would take place during the first two weeks of September 2001. The author had in fact come up with three different and independent ways that the dates of this attack could be estimated to within one week of the actual attack.
The collapse of these building would kill everyone in these towers. After driving into New York City to observe the World Trade Center Towers up close on midnight of February 14, 2001, in an attempt to prove that these buildings would be able to with stand the collision with these large airliners without collapsing, the author concluded that because of the usual construction, these building would collapse from a collision with even a single aircraft.
The FAA, the FBI and the CIA would do absolutely nothing at all to prevent these attacks from taking place, even if they were provided with this information. Being out side of these agencies the author concluded he would have no creditability with these agencies since these agencies do not rely at all on speculation.
This book is an account of how this information was unearthed, and why the author did not go to the FBI prior to 9/11. Since 9/11 this information has subsequently been given to numerous FBI offices in the US, to the Joint Inquiry Committee investigation into 9/11 and to the 9/11 Commission. Both the FBI and the Joint Inquiry Committee have told the author that the FBI would most likely not have done anything with this information in February 2001, and in August-September 2001 the FBI had almost as much information as the author. After attending the 9/11 Commission public hearings on April 13-14, 2004, and concluding that all of the excuses from the FBI HQ and the CIA for why they did not stop the attacks on 9/11 seemed incredulous, this author decided to research all of the investigations and reports on 9/11 and find out exactly why the US intelligence agencies had not prevented these attacks. This was done with information found late in 2006, and the reasons that FBI HQ and CIA had intentionally and deliberately allowed the attacks on 9/11 added to complete this book.
