The Best Laid Plans: Eight Hectic Years of Big Time AAU Girls Basketball

Showing the many pitfalls of playing basketball for a big time program, such as the Plymouth Canton and Salem schools, where there are over four thousand students, made it difficult, both physically and mentally, for these young ladies to keep their coaches happy by playing great basketball. It demanded a year round commitment. It was also a constant struggle to maintain high grade point averages while not always getting a good nights sleep.
