Out of shame and in an effort to maintain a life of normalcy, she has dated boys since high school. While at college, she begins dating a fellow student named Paul. Through Paul and his best friend, Eva is introduced to a beautiful young black woman named Grace. At first Grace appears to be the opposite of Eva; confident, secure, and flawless. But as time passes and Eva and Grace's friendship blossoms they discover they are more similar than they ever would have imagined. Eva believes she finally might have found a girl like her. Will Grace and Eva find the courage to love each other or will the pressures of society keep them apart?
