This cookbook contains the recipes that started No Regrets Bakery, our protein filled balls and bars. Bakery favorites such as our turbo balls and goji berry chocolate chip protein bars you can now make in your home. All recipes are safe for diabetics (if eaten in moderation), are dairy free and most are paleo along with being vegetarian or vegan. All of the balls are considered “raw” because of the low drying temperatures. Nutrition information is with each recipe.
