Aga Ovens are known to create tastier food while freeing the cook up from constantly having to tend to what's simmering, roasting or baking. With no knobs to turn on burners with or to set the oven temperature, you must learn to cook intuitively on an Aga. With standard stoves 80% of cooking is done on the top of the stove while the remaining 20% is done in the oven. This is totally reversed when cooking on an Aga.
