* Types of green tea, including some of the most interesting and delicious Japanese, Chinese and Korean green teas. This section will introduce you to some great teas including Long Jing (Dragon Well), Gunpowder, Lucky Dragon, Melon Seed, Monkey Tea, Sencha, Matcha, Konacha, and many more (with as fantastic names).
* Tea ceremonies, where I’ll introduce the Chinese, Japanese, Korean and British tea ceremonies and how they came about.
* Brewing and serving, including how to choose the right water, having the right equipment (it’s easier than you think), using the right water temperature and how to seep/brew.
